On November 24, 2006, the Company developed and implemented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, which was reviewed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and found to have met its criteria for HACCP systems.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a systematic preventative approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical, and biological hazards as a means of prevention in addition to finished product inspection.

In 2006, the Company had implemented the WorkWell Program, which had been approved by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. This program is the foundation of a health and safety program, which ensures that our valuable workers work in a safe environment.
